Chapter 17
Bonnie ran for the small vent that Emma came out of.
It was locked.
Bonnie panicked.
Two against one isn't fair! She moaned to herself.
Bonnie ran around like a trapped animal trying to escape.
Janet smiled at her.
"Now what does it feel like Bonnie? No where to go? No one to save you?
Do you feel like a trapped animal in your own little world?"
Janet laughed a long hard wicked laugh.
Oh God! Bonnie said to herself.
What was she going to do now?
No one here to help her.
She'd locked everyone out!
What was she thinking?
Why was she thinking she could trust Janet? Janet did nothing but loathe her.
She hated the ground she walked on.
Why for one minute did Bonnie think she could even trust this monster?
It was Bonnie's own greed that had gotten her to this point.
She thought for once she could be the savior, the hero.
For once she could do something right.
But, again it was a fail.
A complete and utter fail.
Evidently it wasn't going to work out that way.
Again, she would be the loser.
Again she would never be the one to amount to anything.
It wasn't about her, she wanted to scream at herself.
For once it wasn't about her.
It was about Janet and how she was going to save her!
It was Janet's life.
It wasn't Bonnie's life that she was worried about.
There was nothing she could do.
Nothing.
Janet left Bonnie nothing to go on. All she knew was that her friend
was no longer here.
Bonnie searched her mind.
It was blank.
She could hear the comments of her friends now, "Just like a blond. Always
someone on her body but never anything on her mind."
Bonnie hated that.
She sneered at herself for even thinking that.
Janet had always been the leader. Bonnie let her get away with it. It was a lot easier dealing with
it rather than having to argue with her all the time.
Now, when the tables were turned and Janet was no longer here to play the boss Bonnie was scared.
Bonnie was scared out of her mind. Bonnie wanted to stick her head in the sand and forget this was even
happening.
Now Janet was the boss for the other team. She was on the other side and for once in Bonnie's life she had to prove
herself. She had to prove that she wasn't just the dumb blond anymore.
Unless....
No,that would never work.
Bonnie shook her head.
It was too far fetched.
It was completely absurd!
Who in there right mind would think that she would ever think of such a thing?
It was perfect.
Completely perfect!
Bonnie smiled.
