I presented you with bouquet of stories.
          You responded with clipped sentences.

I painted the feelings in my sentences.
          All you ever said were the distracted words.

I composed you a serenade of words.
          What I got were disgruntled grunts.

What will happen if I resort to silence?
          Will the echo of lost language bother you?
