Second Helpings

Phew

A very hectic few days now done and dusted, but a good time was had by all on the whole.

My pirate outing last Friday was a brilliant day and another one to add to the treasured memories and the birthday memory stick.

My actual burpday wasn't so great, but you know I'm not one to complain. Dylan's fifth the day after was very busy, but he enjoyed it all and was surrounded by gifts, family and little friends.

So, that's it for this month. Time to take a few breaths before the next run of family burpdays in September. I wish there was an option for we older ones to stop having them so as to leave more time, resources and energy for the younger ones.

But one day at a time...
