Happy Thanksgiving

What a day! Not only did I eat a HUGE Thanksgiving dinner, I have also done a lot of work here over the past 24 hours. *pats self on back* I re-opened "OOT's Weekly Raffle"  and have already sold several tickets. I'd like to give a shout-out to GERVIC 🐉 House Targaryen , Alexi and Marci Missing Everyone for the tickets they purchased. Thanks, guys!

I did my first review for "Invalid Item" , and I will be doing more in the near future. I also did 6 newbie reviews today. But I didn't stop there! Realizing that I hadn't written anything new in FOREVER, I decided to check out the daily contests. First, I wrote "Miscommunication"  for "Daily Flash Fiction Challenge" . Once I got my creative juices flowing, I kept going.

I wrote "Thanksgiving"  for "The Writer's Cramp - Poetry Week" . I didn't realize it would be so difficult to write something without using the letter 'o'! I (think I) managed to do it. After finishing that, I still had a little fuel left in the tank, so I wandered over to "Invalid Item" . I remember discussing our mutual love for horror with Angus months ago, and I promised him then that I would enter the contest at some point. Well, that point was today! My final piece of the day was "Thanksgiving Massacre" . It was much longer than the stories I usually write.

It felt good to write again. Hopefully, it will get me back in practice, because The "Invalid Item"  Contest starts soon!
