Come In Stranger and Tell Me About The Saints

What do you think of competitive sport? I know some members of our circle are avid sports fans, but do you think the obssesive following of sport is overrated?

I'm not much on sports, but I do love the New Orleans' Saints. They are my team all right. The reason I've always liked them is because they had been the underdog for so many years and finally turned things around when Drew Brees and Sean Payton teamed up. Perfect pairing of coach and quarterback. They even won the Super Bowl in 2010.

The Soundtrack of Your Life

Another special song to me is one called Come In Stranger by Johnny Cash. My Dad was a truck driver for about 30 years, so I didn't get to see him a whole lot growing up, but when I did get to see him, it was always special. Here's a song he taught me to sing to him when he would come home.

News In My World!

Today just wasn't my day..... I didn't feel good at all today. I did read a great book yesterday. I finished it in one day, and that was The Association by Bentley Little.

I only wished that the weather would improve........ Maybe by March, one can only hope and dream....
