Working Out
This was my day to workout. The first half of my work involved shovelling endless mounds of snow. I went from there to the gym and was told I would have to wait until later. I went back in the afternoon after a long nap. I must be a glutton for punishment. At the moment I feel kind of wiped out and yet it has been my experience that keeping focused on my physical health fends off condition like diabetes and obesity that are family issues.
I guess another way to look at it is shovelling out the old in the way of snow and bringing in the get up and go. I do not know how that will affect my time on the writing front. I look at it this way. If I am not well enough to write, then it will not matter. So I would rather write right than not at all.
