I will share the many thoughts that invade my introspective soul.

Valentine's day
I was told by a co worker that Valentine's day took place because a man by the name of Valentine married Roman soldiers against the emperor's orders. Because of this he was executed. I felt some of the angst in being sick the whole day. On a day I felt a yearning to do something with my wife, my body did not cooperate. It was as if my Valentine libido was executed. *Sick*

I am glad that I read in various blogs that it was an overrated holiday. I recall looking at a new show showing all the chocolates made especially for the occasion along with talk about how much money is spent. All I could afford was a card that I got from the dollar store. My wife got me a hallmark card as she usually does. Maybe some day I will have courage to make a homemade card as I did when I was a lot younger. Until then, I will seek ways to let the love of my life know they are loved. *Inlove*

God bless!!
