Marriage
If marriage was an animal I hesitate to think what it would be. Maybe a mule crossed with catfish would be one pairing that might work.
Today was one of those stressful days. We both woke up/went to sleep tired an grouchy. neither of us wanted to give an inch. There was even talk about how long we could stay together being so stubborn. A mule would fit this aspect of marriage. We both might as well be neutered, as stubborn as we get.

The catfish is the other half of the equation. The catfish is undercover. It takes stinky bait to get him to come into the open. It speaks about how marriage brings with it underwater mystery. I never know what to expect next. In a sense marriage has nine lives or at least ours does. Kissing and making up are perts. A little smooch is a nice way to keep the juices flowing. So her I am writing about it. What do you get when you cross a catfish and a mule? Probably a purrfect mule fish unless you can think of something better.
