Dogs in heaven?
I wonder what dog heaven could be like. I watch my dog and I am amazed at how wonderful his life is and ever will be. He is happy as long as he has food water and a place to potty. At the moment he is nestled and snuggled up on a blanket. Whenever he is in the mood, he loves to play fetch with any one of his five toys. (his favorite one of late has been a tennis ball-I have no idea how he get it in his mouth.) He loves going outside and meeting his dog and people friends. Mailman and evil dogs beware.

I cannot help wondering if dogs go up into heaven to worship. When Buddy hears an ambulance or fire engine he howls right along. I can imagine him sounding off and praising the Lord with his howl. I have no doubt that everyone would take notice.

To be greeted by Buddy after a long day of sharing God's love with others is breath taking. He gets all excited. I can imagine him freaking out and welcoming someone new into the kingdom of God slobbering all over them, running here there and everywhere, barking to the beat of a heavenly band.

That does not mean that cats will not be there and other creatures too. I just cannot imagine time in heaven with anyone like Buddy, can you?
