Favorite Vegeterian Recipe
Prompt: What is your favorite vegetarian recipe? Does it hold any special memories for you?

I like Vegetable Lasagna. After eating it, I no longer like regular Lasagna. I tried it six years ago at work and it is delicious. I am not much of a meat eater anyway. I like chicken, tuna, turkey, fish and salmon. I don't like steak and I don't eat much cow and pig. Meatless Monday today? No problem!
