Growing pains

I am constantly in the middle of some change at work and it is rocking my world.

The change has to do with computerizing all our reporting of hours in and out of where we work as caregivers. On the outside it seems like an obvious solution to people who take advantage of the system. The only problem it fails to account for the diversity of need. The clarion call is to give it a chance. If by August 1st we do not have it figured out they penalize us five to ten dollars for screwing up. It may not be a big deal to people working full time, but I am working only ten hours on a regular basis and the one person I work for has a flexible schedule because of her husband's health concerns.

Give it a chance. To that I say give me a break and room to do my job to the best of my ability without outside interference.
