slammed
I had forgot what it meant to get slammed until I went to work today. I am talking with a co worker about relationships and a supervisor comes in talking about a boyfriend issue. I bring up the fact we had been talking about the subject and she looks at me and asks me if I am gay or something. I doubt she knew the affect that it had on me. I was sexually abused when I was a lot younger. She is about the age of my daughter and very self deprecating. I guess I need to cut her some slack. My commentary is more about how anyone can look to get an advantage by making fun of someone who is not likely to bite back. I think it is a lot like bullying and do not think it has a place in promoting a healthy work environment.*Silent*
