Obsessions
I am more aware than ever of my need to be obsessed. I do not like it and feel guilty for being obsessed in any form and yet it is a part of makes me who I am. Lately I am obsessed with work, word games, sports and bible verses. Now any of these might fit for others as a healthy focus. I see my need as a part of a developing sense of spirituality that lets me know that there is someone out there besides myself. I cry out in my activity-does anyone listen. Yesterday I turned up my music. I was caught up in the experience. This said it all. I want all of life to fill me up and let me know that I am alive. So I am obsessed with wanting to live and wanting others to discover some sense of healthy obsessions with me. *Shock*
