Imagination, Reality
Prompt: "Imagination is the only weapon we have against reality." Alice In Wonderland "Bewitched is distorted from reality and nothing is as dull as constant reality." Agnes Moorehead What is your take on this?

Reality isn't always nice or fun. We have problems and you want them to go away. Imagination is our way of getting away from it all. We have to be careful not to get caught up in our imaginations and live in this other world of our minds or we will become mentally ill. We have to focus on what is true but using your imagination to write and think outside the box is alright. I work in mental health and I tell myself THEY are in there somewhere. Fiction is what imagination conjures up. I love having an imagination. Over active? I write my story and think about it and then I come back to reality feeling better. Sometimes, reality can be kind and life can be fun.

I love the show "Bewitched." Who wouldn't want to twitch their nose and be able to snap their fingers and say some magic words to make our life better? Constant reality can be a pain. I think what is my problem of the day? A symptom or someone close to you does something dumb and what will my boss bitch about next? The world. I am so tired of shootings, disasters, politics and I would rather write, read or watch or a good TV Show. Constant reality gets old. I have glad I have an imagination and if I run away with it, so be it. I do have a reality check. I remember to separate my imagination from reality. Bring on Alice In Wonderland, Fairy Tales, Jane Austen, "Twilight" and what have you. I love fiction, fantasy and a great imagination! Reality will be there. I can handle it.
