Jane Austen Quote About Love
"There is nothing I would not do for those who are really my friends. I have no notion of loving people by halves." Jane Austen

We love a person totally. You might not like what they did or their beliefs but if you love that person, you will continue to do so. Elizabeth loved Darcy but not at first. She did fall in love with him and love him totally. She couldn't just divide him in half and we can't divide anybody in halves. We may get stuck with the bad half. You don't just love half a person. You may love half of the population but not the other half but we can't split them in half. You know their bad side and accept them. The same with animals. You may love someone but not like them. I would rather have someone love me and not like me at all. Just don't split me or your love in half!
