Master of Prana
To arouse the Kundalini and to bring Prana to the medulla oblongata, third eye and sahasrara

you can perform this "Breath of Shiva Kriya":

1) Have your awareness at the third eye and inhale through the nostrils for a count of 7 OMs,

then exhale for a count 7 OMs. Breathe in and out in a relaxed measured manner...

2) Repeat 14 times...

This kriya will harmonize your body, brain and mind, and you will feel a blissful vibration at the medulla oblongata,

third eye and sahasrara... *Heart*

This is a more advanced version of the "Breath of Shiva Kriya":

1) Have your awareness at the third eye and inhale gently and slowly through both nostrils for 4 OMs;

retain the breath (internal Kumbhaka) for 8 OMs; exhale slowly through both nostrils for 4 OMs;

retain the breath outside (external Kumbhaka) for 8 Oms.
..
2) Repeat 7 times...
