Grades
"Grades" 

I have no doubt that some students in school have inflated grades. I know a lot of employs have inflated grades. Our congressmen for example have inflated grades. They vote themselves a pay increase every year. Why shouldn't they? If I grade my own papers I likely get an A despite the work. I had a college professor though who told me he was going to give me nothing more than a B at the end of the term no matter how well I did. My GPA at the time was perfect. He said a perfect GPA lent itself to being book smart but having no skills. So he gave me the B.
