The Wildcard prompt for "30-Day Blogging Challenge ON HIATUS
Have you ever been on tv, the radio, or in your local newspaper before? Tell us about it! If not, tell us about someone you know who has.

Have I ever been in a local newspaper before? Yes! I was in a local newspaper article about Dungeon & Dragons several years ago (it was sometime in the last century}. The article told about D&D with pictures of the players; myself and several other people at the time. I thought the article was interesting because it was fair to the game and the players. By fair, I mean it didn't present the game as invented by Satan or the players as having sold their souls to the devil. In the process of moving from one place to the other I've lost the article, but I still remember the experience.

"Novelists should never allow themselves to weary of the study of real life." What are your thoughts on this?

The study of real life
reveals humanity at its best
and worst
thus giving novelist
fodder for their characters.

The "Blogging Circle of Friends prompt for DAY 1596
"Human beings cannot endure emptiness and desolation, they will fill the vacuum by creating a new focus of meaning. "~Karen Armstrong What's your take? Do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Creativity
requires meaning
without it
neither poet nor novelist
can give meaning to their work.
