Silence and Growth & Questions about Reviewing
Tuesday, August 15, 2017

The "Blog City ~ Every Blogger's Paradise prompt for DAY 1248
“No person is your friend who demands your silence, or denies your right to grow.” ~ Alice Walker
What is your take on this quote?

Silence and Growth

When a wrong is committed,
"Speak up!"
Don't let you voice be silenced
by either friend or foe.

Each time you speak against a wrong
your courage and strength grows,
and the closer you are
to becoming your true self.

The "Blogging Circle of Friends prompt for DAY 1734
What do you find valuable in a review? What do you feel makes the difference between an okay one, bad one and a great one?

Questions about Reviewing

What do you find valuable in a review? A review is valuable if it is encouraging, contains suggestions for improvement, and points out typos or misspelling. I prefer to get reviews rather then just receive stars without getting a review. I feel that concrete information about the story is much more helpful the simply receiving stars. I know, from personal experience that reviews are difficult to write, and some reviews are more difficult then others.

What do you feel makes the difference between an okay one, bad one and a great one? A good review says what readers liked, what hooked a specific reader, and suggests for improvement.
