"February 6, 2018 Me in my Salvation Army uniform Image for BCOF members to put in their blogsJust what it says Blog City image small

Blog City image small "Prompt: Is there such a thing as good and evil? What determines an action as good or evil? Who gets to decide who’s good or who’s evil? Your thoughts."

My thoughts on this question don't matter. What does matter is the Holy Bible's statements on the matter. It says that evil does exist and defines evil as sin. I John 3:4 says that sin is lawlessness or transgression of God's Law. Romans 3:23 and Isaiah 64: 6 tell us that we are all guilty of sin. I know there are those who read this that do not believe in God. For their sake I hope they are correct. If they are correct and I am wrong then I will simply die and that will be that. If I am correct, which I know I am, then they will die and be tormented forever in Hell. Hell is a very real place where those who do not accept Jesus Christ will be separated from God. I won't argue the matter or whether that is right or wrong. God by His very nature can make any rules He wants and He does not care what we consider fair or unfair. He isn't swayed by human standards. He's God. He says that those who fail to accept Him are evil and nothing evil will be with Him in Heaven. He says it and that settles it. Period.
