St. Casimir

The church is closed.
Desanctified.
Unblessed Easter baskets
grow moldy at home.
The high blue domed ceiling
of stars and the Holy Ghost
made way for condos
for hipsters.
I like pockets
to hide my white plastic rosary
and murmur Ave Marias
to a woman I half believe in.
