A leader
A leader doesn't always need to make careers, mentor and save lives. It is the equally important to keep doing small things in daily lives. Sometimes when you contribute to someone and do something for your team, it's equally heroic, if not compared to begin a spiderman.

Saving a day for someone is the defination of heroism for me as a people leader. I never go by how big or small they are like a filmmakers vision, a leaders vision is parable to me. There is no competition if you self-introspect. It requires honesty in the intent.

There are so many distractions like social media, etc that we have stopped having a conversations or listening to people. It is very important to prioritize your life since we live in a digital world, our mind is clustered and corrupted with overdose of information. We have forgotten to be simple and appreciate simplicity.

Suggestion: Give yourself break from this digital world, stop what's app, detox by listening to music, observe people and help them, look at the nature from a different angle, use meditation, etc. whatever suits you. Give yourself time as life will give you opportunity to be a spiderman again.

Remember, with great power as a people leader comes more responsibilities.
