Won the Writer's Cramp!!
I’m not sure how long I wrote. It was at least or just under two hours or so. I have a little over 1k words. At first I did not feel like reading but I fought through it. I was tired and stuff.
I won the Writer’s Cramp! As a special bonus, I got an MB from Hooves. Everyone who entered was given one by this moderator. It was a great thing to make up to. LOL. Hooves really liked my story. It was a Purely Positive review but I feel like I earned it. And of course I got a perfect rating.
My mom will be getting her spine shot in the morning at 7:15 am. On the side, the plan was to afterward kill two birds with one stone and try on some pants at Cole’s and buy a pair – as a birth-day gift. But I don’t want to get up that early. Instead my mom will order some off the EBay.
Well it is twenty degrees cooler then yesterday – 109 degrees. Jim was going to grill steak out back but it was too hot. LOL. So I had tortellini shells with Alfredo sauce. I was really hungry.
I feel sorry for Gio; he’s still in the dumps. All I can do is pray or for him. I don’t think he’s been going to church lately. I don’t know how much fellowship he gets regularly. I may text him later.
I’m scared Jared will not want to chat if I text him for the first time. That happened with this dude named Fabian. But Jared and I a lot at church. So it may go fine. I think he said to text him after 6 pm.
Chad is still hung up on that dumb Jabba the Hut statue that costs $800. He is drooling over it. He wants to get a job at an Albertson’s near where he lives. I’ll call him today if I can.
I still need to read today. I read three chapters. They were short though. I’ll do three again for today.
My mom is on the computer. She may be looking for pants for me. I need socks and underwear too. I am just now washing my short sleeved shirts – about six of them which is all I have. LOL.
My church group will probably hold a pool party soon. I’ll see if I can talk to Ricky about it. He’s more or less the leader. He’s in his early twenties. He is more of a distant friend. We never text or talk really. We don’t hang out at all. And it seems he wants it this way. Oh, well. I’d like to be his friend but it does not seem mutual.
I have not had Starbucks for a while. If I do go to the gym tomorrow, I’ll get some afterwards. I totally flaked out this morning. I was awake and ready to go and I blew it.
Well, I’ll stop here. Goodbye.
