Or through one of His Manifestations1
Each has built upon the same foundation
Each told the why of humanity's birth,
Each helped moved forward civilization2.

Dispels the darkness
heals the fragments of our broken hearts

The Holy Spirit is the Primal Will,

Ode to the Wondrous Week

Seven days to raise our voices in praise,
and intone our gratitude
for the blessings of another day,
for the favor of another week.

Glory radiates its grandeur
across the coming week,
and illuminates each day
with its splendor.

Beauty irradiates each hour,
with the energizing charm
of the supernal power
of divine assistance.

Each day illumines
a degree of Perfection,
building the ladder
to the soul's transformation.

Grace sheds the light
of

Justice

Majesty

Independence

Seven days of reflective dedication
to worship of the Almighty
through service to humanity;
seven days of contemplative meditation
on the attributes of divinity.

The name of the week days are taken from the Baha'i calendar. Each week day is named for an attribute of God. The week begins on Saturday, with the attribute of Glory, and ends on Friday, with Independence. I have used the English names rather than the Arabic names for the days of the week. Virtues and emotions intertwine,
in the human brain and mind:
Love is a virtue of the soul,
that becomes the ego's emotional goal.

I am climbing out of the dumps,
That generates my writing slumps,
That caused my mind to go blank,
Like a bell without as clank
