Janet picked at her salad. Kelly liked to make
profound statements when she was daydreaming..

"You see that guy?" Janet pointed to the middle
aged man munching on a burger. "Yeah. So what?"
Janet quipped.

"How old do you think he is?" Kelly smirked and
sipped her coke. Janet squinted at the pudgy man,
"Maybe 40 or 50."

"Would you date him?" Kelly giggled...
Janet squinted harder at the pudgy man.
"Maybe, if he has money." Janet answered.

Kelly whispered into Janet's ear,
"He works in this restaurant."
Janet recoiled from her friend, "I want money."

"Isn't that superficial?" Kelly remarked.
Janet sat straight up, "I'm a realist."
Kelly picked at her salad, "Your loss."
