This will be extremely brief. My ride to church will be here in 35 minutes.
My didn’t take me to the gym today. Jim thought walking there would be bad for my heart or something. My heart results came back fine though. My mom looked it up and it is actually good for my triglycerides and the other is wrong with my blood. My whole diet will change at least until I can get it under control. For dinner I had a bare burger with salt, pepper and mustard. It was okay – a little boring though. lol. Tonight the group is going to Wendy’s. But I must abstain.
My mom said that she red on the net that soon trans fats will disappear entirely in fast foods and elsewhere. The FDA has found that people are dying from them. Teenagers are dying from trans-fat over loads.
Jim wants me to totally abandon coffee creamer. He wants me to use hazelnut almond milk instead. Perhaps until I get things under control will I go back to minimal cream.
It’s supposed to be a high of 83 degrees next week. I’m looking forward to that. lol.
