Write about a lesson you’ve learned the hard way.

There must be dozens. Don't let your mind wander. Live in the present. Look for good things every day in life. Do what you know how to do not what others think you should know how to do. When the rushing thoughts try to take over my brain. I sometimes put a picture of multicolored daisy's in my mind. Stops my brain flood every time and puts me back in the present.
*FlowerR* Funny thing. I don't remember ever seeing a picture like the one that pops up of daisies in a field. *Smile*

I must have been fifty before I started reading books about meditation, zen, Mindfulness. Wish I had read them earlier in life. I'm not sure these kind of books must have started appearing when technology took over.

People are individuals. You can't live in other peoples bodies and they should not try to live in yours. Take time for yourself. You deserve to live.

P.S. Could not reach the internet because of heavy rain storms today. Our dish just won't get a signal then. Then when I finally reached *WDC* my mouse quit working. Had to go home and install another. I was grumpy but I didn't scream. Good for me. *Laugh*
