I got a wellness checkup appointment and a flu shot. Must be kicking my own butt. It's just getting things accomplished before snow flies Google defines this as a verb to defeat someone or something. I defeated my persistent action to ignore health issues until the last moment. Plus, I worked on reading this weekend, all the new health insurance changes coming up in my direction. One more fall problem solved.
