Jessica Strong Chapter One Done

Don’t ask me how I have done it because I don’t know how, but I have done it. I finished Chapter One – “Fighting Back” for my Jessica Strong novel. When I started writing it, I didn’t think that I would finish it, but then suddenly it started flowing out of my fingers through the keyboard onto my laptop. Once I started writing it, I couldn’t stop.

Normally, it’s the beginning of a part, chapter, or novel that I have trouble with. After I figure that out it usually flows out of me, but this time it was more of the opposite. I knew how to start it. Just didn’t know where to go from there. Of course, I knew what is was going to be about because of my third Outline for this novel, but I didn’t know exactly how I was going to do it. What did I do? Like a Short Story, I winged it.

I just started writing whatever came out of my fingers because I knew that whatever it is, I can always change it if I didn’t like it for one reason or another. I’ve done that a lot with a Short Story. Change my mind about it. Sometimes even starting over from scratch. This was no different. Only I didn’t really need to change too much of it. I did a little here and there, but not too much.

Work usually gets in the way of my writing, but it didn’t today. Because of a snowstorm in the area, the place I guard was almost empty. Usually, it’s not too busy there, but it is a little. Today it was dead. So, I had plenty of time to do my writing. Watching television on my cell phone distracted me a little too, but not that much.

What am I going to do this week? I’m going to try to finish Chapter One of my Wandita novel. Will I be able to do it? I don’t know, but I’m going to try. If my Jessica Strong is any indication, I will get it done. I’m just not sure if I can get it done and created by the end of the month.

I still have the Introduction Chapter for my Jessica Strong novel to create. Was going to get it started today but I’m too tired. It took me about an hour later to get home because of the snow storm that we had around here today. I’m going to be doing that over the next day or two too.
