No Other Artistic Medium

Unless I'm in the shower,
singing isn't my cup of coffee;
I'm tone deaf,
can't carry a tune in a gift bag,
and my dancing looks like a dying turkey
attempting to fly.

I could be a world class procrastinator,
if I didn't put off procrastinating.

is a spicy room
for your muse.

things concealed
in the cracks and crevices
of an attic
floor or wall.

Don't let rumors
of a haunted attic
defraud you
from the adventure of
finding a nineteenth century steamer trunk
from a boat across the Atlantic or Pacific,
a train across the country,
or a square of silk
from Great Grandma's wedding ensemble.
