"February 13, 2019 Me in my Salvation Army uniformAn image for a blog that I hope will take root.Blog City image small Image for BCOF members to put in their blogs

An image for a blog that I hope will take root. What are some of the trials in your life?
Trials are actually good for us. It is through trials that we grow into mature Christians. God is faithful with our trials and never allows us to be tested beyond our capacity to endure. I sometimes wonder just how much God thinks I can endure but I always prove Him right. How about you?

Blog City image small "Prompt: "As we said goodbye late that afternoon, I thought: "Don't go. I want you in my life. And in a sense, she didn't go." Write a poem or anything you want about a friend you have in your life. "

The most important person in my life is Jesus Christ. He will never leave me nor forsake me, Hebrews 13: 5. Jesus loved me enough to die for me. Now that I am a Christian I know I will live with Him forever.

Very truly you are mine
After all you're my valentine
Love surrounds us everywhere
Each of us in love somewhere
Nicely fitting into the mold
Tiring not of this thing so old
In each other's arms we'll stay
Never wanting to go away
Ever loving the old fashioned way.
