Autumn in Las Vegas1

The autumn chill in the air
causes me to turn
the heat on at night.

I look out my window
and see green leaves
dancing in the autumn breeze.

I miss Oklahoma
and the changing shades
of autumn leaves.

          ...for fresh brewed hot coffee on this beautiful autumn day.
          ...that my Bank of America checking account is not overdrawn.
          ...for cookies to go with my coffee this morning.
          ...that "Poet's Nightmare"  won first place in round 57 of "Invalid Item" .
          ...for the chili dogs I had for my evening meal.
          ...that I could have $10.23 transferred to my PayPal account from my Survey Junkie account.
          ...that I was able to transfer $10.00 from my PayPal account to my checking account.
