So Far, Nothing About Death has Changed

I just tried to dictate this blog entry twice. But it didn’t work out too well. So, I don’t know if I’m still going to be able to use dictation in my Outlines, Treatment, and Scripts. I still may be able to do it, though. I’m just going to need to put it in a recording first. It has worked that way once already. And I have another test recording that I haven’t tried yet. but I think it will be a good one too.

There are still problems with the recordings. Like with punctuation, but I think that I can overcome that. I knew that I would need to do some re-writing and formatting anyway. Especially, when it comes to my Outlines and Treatment. That’s because they are fixed-line formatting. My scripts aren’t like that.

No, I haven’t given up on dictation. It still can help me out a lot when it comes to my writing. I’m just may not be able to do it without it being written down first. I still may be able to do it that way too. but it doesn’t look like I’m going to be able to do it, though.

Now it’s time to go back to the real reason why I’m writing this blog. Yesterday with my Water Wars scriptwriting Project. And today with The Problems with Death project. Today hasn’t been too good for The Problem with Death project. In fact, it has been terrible. But yesterday at work it has been very good. At least I think that it was.

I need to go back to work on my Establishing Shots for this project. But starting with Act Two that I started at work yesterday I cut back on my Establishing Shots to about half. It’s not even better than that. I haven’t done that with Teaser Act One and Act one yet. But I’m going to be doing that real soon.

It’s true, that I only got fourteen paragraphs written for my Water Wars movie Treatment. But four of them were Establishing Shots. Which means I did ten four, five, and six-line scenes. One to three more if you include all the erasing that I needed to do. I didn’t have to do a lot of erasing yesterday. But I did need to do some.

Unfortunately, I can’t blame work for me not getting too much writing written yesterday. I usually can blame them. But I can’t this time. That’s because it was very, very slow there. In fact, it was as slow as it was on Saturday this week. If it wasn’t even slower than that.

Today has been just the opposite of yesterday when it comes to The Problems with Death scriptwriting project. I haven’t gotten anything written on it today. And it doesn’t look like I’m going to be able to do any after I get finished with blog entry either. That’s because not only didn’t I get too much sleep last night, but my brother and I have been very busy today.

It’s going to be very busy for us tomorrow too. So, I may not be able to work on it tomorrow either. But I think that I may be able to do it. I’m just not sure how much I’m going to be able to do. I hope that it’s a lot. But I may be lucky if I can get any of it done. That’s how busy we are going to be tomorrow.
