Very, Very Busy for a Wednesday
Very, Very Busy for a Wednesday

It was very busy at work yesterday. Especially, the first half of my shift. The second half was also very busy. But only about half as busy as the first half. That is one of the reasons why I only got ten paragraphs written for my Water Wars movie Treatment. The other reason is also related to work, though.

The first four hours into my shift I was very, very busy. In fact, I was so busy that I was on my feet most of the time. It wasn’t as back as my other Wednesday post that I am no longer working at. But it was extremely close to being that bad. What made the big difference between the two posts is that I only had to go out of my guard shack a few times. The rest of those four hours I didn’t.

So, it wasn’t as bad as it could have been a few weeks ago when I had to go outside every time, I had work to do. I was still on my feet a whole lot. But it wasn’t that bad. The rain and snow weren’t that bad either. It was bad. But not too bad. There wasn’t that much rain and snow. The snow wasn’t even sticking to the cement. So, that isn’t the reason why I only got ten paragraphs for my Water Wars scriptwriting project written. But it is one of them.

I was having a lot of trouble watching television on my cell phone yesterday. It wasn’t letting me rotate it to landscape mode. Which means it was even smaller than it usually is. I did go into Settings and fix that problem. But it took me about an hour to do it. How work did it, I don’t know. But I am sure that they did. That’s why I wrote that the second reason was work-related.

It being very busy at work yesterday didn’t really slow me down that much. In fact, I got most of my ten paragraphs done in those first four hours. I think that it was seven. But it may have been six. Either way, I had three or four paragraphs that I did in the second half of my shift. And I should have done a lot more. But because of my television problem, I didn’t get any more than those three or four done.

True, I could have gotten one or two more paragraphs written yesterday at work. After all, I did have about a half-hour left on my shift. But after what happened with my cell phone, I didn’t feel like doing it. So, I decided that I was going to stopped at ten.

Today, I’m going to continue working on my Water Wars movie Treatment. There are only fifteen more paragraphs to write for this Act. And I’m hoping that I can get that many written. But that all depends on how busy it gets at work. If it’s like yesterday, I may not get that many written. I’m hoping that it’s not going to be that busy today.
