A New Record for a Weekday

Yesterday was a very, very good day for my Water Wars movie Treatment. In fact, it was a new paragraph writing record for a weekday. It may even be the biggest single day for this scriptwriting project so far. I’m not sure about that last sentence, though. if it isn’t, it must be in the top two or three.

True, I only wrote twenty paragraphs yesterday for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. That includes four Establishing Shots. But considering it was on a Friday that is a lot. At least I think that it is. It’s a lot on the weekend. And this is a weekday. So, it’s even a bigger deal.

Part of the reason why I may have gotten so many paragraphs written yesterday at work is because of the sun or the lack of it. There wasn’t any sun yesterday. So, that didn’t slow me down any. It usually doesn’t slow me down all that much anyway. Yesterday it didn’t slow me down at all. And my cell phone App was right for a change. It said that it would be completely cloudy yesterday, and it was.

Work didn’t slow me down either. It was very busy yesterday at work. Especially, during the first four hours. The last four hours weren’t as busy. But they were still quite busy, though. Overall, it was one of the busiest Fridays that I have seen in a long time. It might even be the busiest one.

Don’t ask me why I got so many of them written yesterday because I don’t know. Once I started doing it, I couldn’t stop myself. The only thing that did stop me was work. And that didn’t happen too often. My fingers just took me over. I couldn’t stop them even if I wanted to do it. Which of course I didn’t.

Today I hope that I can get as many of them written as I did yesterday. And I think that I have a very good chance of doing that. After all, it’s a Saturday. And it’s not usually too busy at work on Saturday. True, if there is any sun then that may slow me down a little. But according to my cell phone app, there isn’t supposed to be any sun today either. There may be some rain on my way to work and the first hour. After that, it’s supposed to be completely cloudy. I sure do hope that App is right again today.
