I’m only one away from being halfway through the movie Outline for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. What does that mean when it comes to single paragraphs? It means that I barely got twelve of them written yesterday at work. I wanted to do the thirteenth one. But I didn’t have the time to do it.

What is the usual reason why I don’t get more writing done when I’m at work? That’s right. It’s work. And yesterday that’s the reason. It was very busy at work yesterday. Not as busy as it has been lately. But still very busy. I was on my feet a lot. And outside my guard post too. Luckily, it wasn’t raining yesterday. It was very hot, though.

Of course, getting only twelve single paragraphs written isn’t all that bad. It’s only two less than I did on the day before that aka Wednesday. At first, I didn’t think that I would be lucky to get ten done. After all, it took me almost four hours to do four of them. but once I got into Tag Act One, those eight seemed to fly out of my fingers and onto the piece of paper.

Today at work, I’m going to finish the last paragraph of Tag Act One. Then I will start working on Teaser Act Two. I should be able to get at least that Act done too. But I’m hoping that I can do a little bit more than that. It all depends on how busy it gets at work today. If it’s like the last few Fridays, I may be lucky if I get Teaser Act Two written too. That will equal ten paragraphs. That’s why I write that I should get that many written. But I won’t know for sure until I actually write them.
