A New Record I Think
A New Record I Think

I was wrong about how far along I was from last Sunday. When I got to work yesterday, I found out that I didn’t get as far along as I thought I did last Sunday. There were three single paragraphs left to get Act Seven completed. Not only did I get them done, but I also got eighteen more written to finish my movie Outline for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. That’s twenty-one total written yesterday. I think that is a new record.

Of course, nine of those single paragraphs were for Tag Act Two. So, they weren’t as complicated as the other twelve. In fact, it was the end of this movie. That means they were the endings for my storylines. What does that mean? It means that they tied-up my storylines for this movie. I think that makes them easier to write. And it looks like I was right about this one. After all, it only took me about an hour to write these nine paragraphs.

At first, I didn’t think that I would get anything close to that many written. I figured that I would be lucky if I got about ten to twelve written. Why did I feel like that? It was because it took me almost two hours to get the last three from Act Seven written. Luckily, Act Eight wasn’t as hard as some of the other Acts. Maybe it was because it was the last main Act of this movie. And it basically ended the storylines for it.

I’m very surprised that I got that many done. That’s because it was very, very busy at work yesterday. One of the busiest Wednesdays that I have had in a long time. It started out very busy. And it only got worse from there. I was on my feet most of the time. Not as bad as it used to be on a Wednesday, but it was a close second. Work wasn’t the only thing, though. But it was work-related. I’m revering to the weather yesterday.

It was extremely hot yesterday. No, it wasn’t the hottest day of the year so far. But it sure felt like it was. It was in the upper eighties. And the Heat Index was in the middle nineties. If I could wear a short-sleeved shirt, then that wouldn’t have been too bad. But since I can’t like everyone else, it was pretty bad. And of course, that was when I had to leave my guard post the most. But because of the AC being watery, I was outside all the time anyway.

Today, I going to start working on episode one of this television series, “Younger-Than-Adults.” I’m not sure how many single paragraphs that I will get written today. But there is a good chance that I could get another eighteen done. After all, nine of them will be the Teaser Act. Of course, the number of paragraphs that I get done also depends on how busy that work gets today and how hot it gets. I will know for sure by the time I write my next blog entry.
