Not as Good as Wednesday

It was close. I almost did eighteen single paragraphs in one day at work. But I didn’t quite get that many. If I had gotten that many written, I think that would have tied one other day. I’m just not sure if it was a weekday or it was a weekend. Most likely it was a weekend. But it may have been during the week too. I just can’t remember.

If I tried, I probably could remember. I also could do a search within my blog entries to find it out. But I don’t have the time to do that right now. In fact, I don’t even really have the time to do this blog entry. After all, I’m going to be getting up in a few hours to get the keys to my brother and I’s new place.

So, how many single paragraphs did I get written yesterday at work? It was sixteen. Of course, nine of them were for my Teaser Act for the first episode of my Water Wars television series. The other seven came from Act One of this episode. And I’m kind of surprised that I did that many. Especially, since it took me almost four hours to do the Teaser Act.

Why was I surprised? It wasn’t because of the first nine. No, it was because of work. Work was very busy yesterday. It wasn’t as busy as the last few Thursdays have been. But it was a very close second. I was on my feet a lot during this shift. A lot more than I should have been.

Luckily, it was very humid out yesterday. And it was hot. But it wasn’t as hot as Wednesday. Why do I write that being lucky? It’s because I wasn’t out in it as much as I usually am. I was out in it a lot. But not as much as I have been the last few Thursdays. I’m just hoping that I’m as lucky today about how busy it is and how hot it gets.

Speaking of today, I’m going to continue working on the Outline for this first episode for this project. I don’t know how many single paragraphs that I will get done today. But I’m hoping to get about fifteen of them written. I’m hoping to get a little bit more than that written. But I may be lucky if I get that many.

It all depends on how busy it gets at work and how hot it gets. If it’s anything like yesterday, then I have a very good chance of getting that many done. But if it isn’t, then I may be lucky if I get ten of them written. whether I get ten, fifteen, or more written, I’m going to get as many of them as I can written.
