Originally my pregnancy blog, now continuing on as the life of a mom and her two wacky kiddos thing till I don't want to write in it anymore . So come on in and see what's going on in my world for a bit if you like...Be careful where you step, as the kids have all their Pokemon cards out! Feel free to hug a Hello Kitty plush! Come join in the fun, Super Mario Bros. and Hello Kitty style!

Thanks to all of you for your support, your comments, your love, your generosity and your time! Never met a greater bunch of people then on here! Besides, who else would want to listen to a rambling crazy mom, both during and especially after pregnancy?
Change is always a little scary, especially when it involves our children, but they are flexible creatures and probably better at adjusting than we are. I hope both of them will be fine when the time comes.
In the meantime enjoy the break from school and your own Brownie activities. We can never predict the future, so take one day at a time...
Change and new chapters are constants in life. Many times we do not like the idea and feel anxious about the future, but often things pan out very differently to how we thought.
I'm sure Ryan will adjust well and Journey will be fine even if she misses him. Angel moves school in September and I'm a bit worried about Dylan being alone, but I think kids are far more adaptable than we imagine.
No matter what age, the bond and love between parent and child is always strong and should survive whatever the future brings.
You certainly have such a lot going on it's understandable there's little time for writing. But time with your growing children takes priority as you well know. They sound like they're having a wonderful time.
The friendship of Journey & Bradley sounds so sweet and I hope they'll remain that way. If people click it doesn't matter what gender they are.
Enjoy your vacation. You deserve some sun and relaxation.
Time definitely speeds up once we have a family. One minute they're babies and next thing you know they have babes of their own! Hope you'll be able to have a good night out for your anniversary.
I am well out of the loop now as regards education and medicines for children with problems, so can't really make any solid comments.
I did hone in on the fact you say Journey doesn't sleep or eat well and think this may be one reason her focus is lacking. I know you can't make her eat or sleep, but both affect concentration.
I would also wonder if she's not really motivated by her schoolwork or interested in lessons. Children respond better to enthusiastic teachers, but again there's not much you can do to change that.
I think discussion with the paediatrician is the best route. She's very young still and I think a solution without medication would be preferable, but I'm no expert. Try not to worry too much. As long as she's healthy and happy...
Sniffle...what a lovely and heartfelt entry. The world would be a better place with more dedicated Mum's like yourself.
I think there's a lot of truth in the old saying, ' A son's a son until he takes a wife, a daughter's a daughter all her life.' My Mum was always my closest friend and I miss her so much.
Keep doing a great job and I'm sure your children will be wonderful adults and both appreciative of their Mum.
