I had the most amazing experience with a honey bee. I was sitting outside when I was still in Jersey. A honey bee was flitting around my strawberry plants and I was waiting to water the plant after the bee moved. It finally did and when I began watering it came back and flew in and out of the spray. When I stopped it landed on my hand with the hose in it. I didn't dare move. For those few seconds I felt the bees energy. The wings were like a soft caress.
I don't know if it was the same bee that visited again when I watered but the bee was never afraid of me.

Watching the monsoon from indoors must be some experience! Coffee and a good book is always a nice choice. I like rain and sunshine, both in bearable doses, however.

Don't worry about a prayer limit, there isn't one. We could say a thousand prayers a day for a year and still not reach a prayer limit. God's mercy is unlimited and so is the amount of prayers we say.

Awww! Northeast Spring! Lucky you!

You took me back to 30 plus years ago, plus the five senses...
Everything seemed to come alive after the cold winters, there.

And yes, I used to love autumn, too. We don't have that array of colors when the leaves are changing here in down south, at all. I think I miss northern autumns more than its springs.

I've worked with a lot of men over the years, I found they appreciated me being open about what I knew and what I didn't.

Lemon meringue and key lime were my grammy's specialty. I never mastered making them myself. I agree with your hubby about Maine blueberries, they're the best. I'm prejudice about blueberries, I'm a Mainer or as we call ourselves Mainacs.

I had a hard time to figure out what intimidates me, also, and I could only point a finger to myself.
Working with men has its good points, I think. Mostly, anyway. In my dealings with men, I found out that they appreciated it when I told the truth instead of faking any know-how.

The love between a mother and child is phenomenal. A gift that never stops giving and receiving.

My friend was born on leap year in 1956. She celebrates more on the 28th but when it's a leap year, she has two birthday celebrations with different cakes and friends. She says it's a double dose of joy.

The Time has come....

30 Day Blogging Challenge
PROMPT May 30th
Congratulations on making it to the last day of the competition! What was your favorite prompt from the last month? What was the most rewarding aspect of participating in the competition?

This has been a challenge on several levels for me this month but I am feeling accomplished to have address every prompt in some way this month. Some of them were a bit late, some of them were a bit short but I did them all in my own way and did not manage to skip even one of them! That feels like an achievement to me for sure this time around. I found that committing myself to this month and this community was the most rewarding aspect of this challenging. On the days it proved to be more than I was ready for, I found reading the blogs of my fellow bloggers always inspired me to stick too it. I like that sense of community a lot. I found I looked forward to reading other's entries as much as I looked forward to crafting my own sometimes.

My favorite prompt this month was: PROMPT May 15th, Share an instance when something blew your mind. It inspired me to get lost in a sweet memory about my daughter. I brought a smile to my face on a day when I really needed a little sunshine in my life. I was touched by the comments from my fellow bloggers as well. I made me happy to know my words had impacted others even in a small, subtle way.

As much dedication as this challenge has taken to see it through, I'm sad to see it finish. I will miss signing on to see the prompts and of course, to reading everyone's take on them. Best of luck to my fellow bloggers!
