Poetry... Prose... Maybe a story or two. I've got ideas, plenty of them, but will they sustain 500 words per day for an entire month? We'll see when we get to the end of March, 2007. March was a powerful month, no best- sellers, but I'm surprising myself. Now, we're into April. The fun continues. May was a bit disappointing, I'm no week-end novelist, but a daily poet. The poetry in my daily life has seemed to vanish a bit, letting me glare at tarnished images from my past. Unwritable for the time being. June is here. The drama continues, the excitement follows. August has arrived with the decision to try a piece which truly continues from one day to the next. An idea for a novel is floating in my head, but I'm not sure where I'll be able to take it. So, stay tuned!!!! Maybe I'll still have the blockbuster idea for a new best-seller. (Costs no money to dream....) |
