It's been a month now ... any success on the garden?

I didn't want to leave Kansas in August (I should've gone to Seattle; didn't expect it to be this hot) because I had planted a late garden. Garden is doing fine ... with daily watering.

Illinois is a nice place to live. Have friends from there and still there.

So sorry about your yard/plants!

I agree that he needs a pay dock or to be replaced entirely! Ask him which he'd prefer!!!

But it's exciting that you can start anew, make new choices, etc.!

David and Suzanne came over only at night, after dark - never saw the back yard, though she always went out into the patio to water the plants there. I'm just sayin' -

How could he not notice the dying grass and plants when he comes to mow once a week? Is he a moron? You shouldn't have to pay him for killing your yard.
