Thank you so much for reminding me of that which I had forgotten! Yes, we have become "give me" christians! Just as many of our children have grown up to have a sense of entitlement, we have passed this on to them. We think we are entitled to only what is "fair", "easy", and that which we think will be in our best interests. As we grow in the Lord we come to know that He knows what is in our best interests better than we do.
