Hadiqa, I wish I could give you the biggest hug as you deserve so much love right now.

You are doing such a wonderful thing for your brother. It's good to hear that there is positive news, but I know caring for a loved one with a brain injury cannot be easy. I do worry about you. If you can take a walk outside each day, I'm sure the boost of vitamin d would help your mood a little. You are such a special young lady, try not to lose sight of yourself. Are you keeping a journal? Perhaps that would be a positive way of getting your thoughts out of your head, and it would keep you in touch with your writing. I'm sending love and blessings to you all. Love you, girl. Hang on in there.

I'm hoping and praying all will go well for Bhai from now on. Your life is on hold, and you're worn out from all this worrying when your brother takes a turn for the worst. Here's hoping this doesn't happen again, that the blood test will read good, and I agree with Rachel, take some time off for yourself. I know you love your brother, but you need to stay healthy, too, so you can keep taking care of him.

Oh, Aqua. I can't imagine what you're all going through. It's great that your brother is showing signs of improvement, but the rollercoaster of emotions you're experiencing, plus being a carer ... it must be exhausting. Let's hope the blood results are good, and that your brother continues to improve. I know how hard it is to be a carer for someone you love, I really do. It's so much. I know you wouldn't have it any other way, but that doesn't make it easy. Don't forget to try to make some time for yourself. You need it. Go easy on yourself, and remember what an amazing thing you're doing for your brother. It's selfless and loving. And, I'm sure, he is grateful for you.

You take of you, Hadiqa, won't you? You are being a star and a loving sister by taking care of your brother, but you need some 'me' time. Hopefully, writing for 'I Write' gives you some of that.

I'm really pleased to read of your brother's progress - he seems to have done so well since I last read your blog. This is excellent news! It shows what an amazing young woman you are that you are being so hands-on in his recovery.

I feel for you right now. It sounds like you are completely exhausted, love. You've been sitting up nights with your brother, you're studying hard, you have had more than one major life change in the past few months, but all of this can, and will, improve.
