This blog is two-fold. One it is for anyone who has ever wondered why people leave church or don't attend at all. And Two it is for anyone who has ever wondered why people commit suicide. You might wonder why I would combine the two but from my view on the world, the reasons are pretty much the same. So, the title - How Not to Save Someone Else
Cobe, Bravo to that pastor. the truth is a powerful thing and not everyone is ready for it.
I could say a few things about 'Churchiness' but I won't.
Christ taught in the hills, by the sea, in houses, wherever. I am not saying that we shouldn't have churches. Some are used for the right reasons. To have his love and his teachings inside us is the glory of God our father. Our body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit God's church is within those of us who choose Christ as our Lord.
Churches are closing and being turned into homes, public houses, builders stores, ect,. How sad. The people who ran those churches should have questions. Why?
"Go out and tell the world that I live." Evert day a silent army is going out and helping to make peoples lives better and showing them acts of mercy and kindness. Paying it forward.
