I've never been a journal person either. I've tired and failed to keep a diary a number of times over the years, since I was a child. Blogging on WDC is not quite the same thing for me. I talk about my life, tell stories, express opinions... but it is all with the general idea in mind that other people can read it.
Anyway! You're off to a good start with your blog. Keep at it! If you ever feel like blogging but don't know what to write, I recommend "Welcome To My Reality Forum" . Their prompts are better than any of the others I've seen on here, and you can use any of them-- 7 per week for months now. Quite a collection.
