Second attempt at Give It 100!, I completed my first attempt with a food diary now this time around I will be doing Yoga to help get my body into shape after having baby Oliver. When I started this one I am five weeks and three days postpartum, I weigh 197 pounds (down 23 pounds from before I gave birth). My goal is 180 pounds by the end of 100 days.
I clicked on some entries of your blog. I'm surprised there haven't been any comments on the ones I read. I think it's admirable to push to work out after having a baby. Believe me, I hear ya! I know what it's like. I birthed five child children, three of them which were born within less than 36 months. After my fourth child, I took to weight lifting. That seemed to do the trick for me. I was borderline-forty when my youngest was born. That was a little more difficult getting in shape. By then, I had a bad back and free weights were not an option. Biking, swimming and walking is what works now.
