I think it's hopeless. It's human nature to be intolerant and refuse to mind your own business. We have mandatory education, but the bigoted still insist that their children be indoctrinated in bigotry at the earliest age possible. It's so much easier to love and accept everyone. Hating is so difficult.

Your Mac sounds like mine but mine is 3 years old (replaced once by Apple already) and I've only got 8 gigs, but then I had it custom built because they didn't make it with what I needed an the retina display was new and it sucked. It's better now but the new ones don't have a dvd drive so I'd need an external because my Adobe software is all on dvd's and I am so NOT getting their new stuff that's all in their cloud program. They have ticked me off. Apple isn't making me too happy with their new iPhones either. The new ones are so big I can hardly hold them. Pretty soon we'll be back to the bricks! lol
All the food you described sounds delicious! Thankfully I just ate dinner with my kiddies, so you at least didn't make me go to my fridge to seek out some yummies. :)
