Yesterday, I got some unsettling news. I found out that a long time staff member at work was going into semi-retirement and it was going to be her last day. I also found out that we lost a job contract. The company who provided this job decided to go to another company because it offered more money. I really enjoyed working on this job, now it is gone. I woke up ill today. My boyfriend called me early because he's going to see "King Kong" tonight. There was another terrorist attack, this time in London, England. Four individuals are confirmed dead, 20 injured. |
| My fiancé stopped by today to see me. I watched a Serie A match today. |
| My scooter is fine. It was what I thought. I ran out of power on Thursday. I went to a celebration of life event on Friday. The family seemed to be surprised to see me. They were also surprise that I still lived at the same address. Yesterday, I watched soccer mostly all day. Today, I went to Tim Horton's with my fiance. |
| Man! The past 24 hours have been crazy. I got my new tablet yesterday, but I couldn't use it because our cable was down. That meant no t.v., no internet. Then, today on the way home, my scooter died. I think it needed recharging. At least I hope it was that. A kind lady drove home and my neighbour picked up the scooter. I put on the charger as soon as possible. To my pleasant surprise, the cable was restored. |
| I watched a UEFA Champions League game. Boy! Those matches are exiting to watch I went to Tim Horton's with my fiancé this evening. It was fun. We came up with an idea for a future date. Go to the local park. |
| I went out to lunch earlier today with my fiancé and his parents. We went to Subway. There was a really loud little girl there. My fiancé's mom wanted to throw her out the window. I wanted to put duct tape on her mouth. Man! She was annoying. She was driving my fiancé nuts. I also did shopping at the store next for to Subway. |
| I went to church this morning. The sermon was great. The reverend explained why we read scripture and the gospel. His explanation was quite clear. I then came home and watched the Chelsea/Leicester City match on DAZN. |
| I thought that I had to watch soccer on DAZN this morning. It turned out I didn't. I got all the soccer I wanted on television. My fiancé and I FaceTimed last night again. |
| I like getting up in the morning ever since I've got this new computer. My fiancé FaceTimed me earlier today. We're planning to do it again tonight. I can't wait until tomorrow when I can watch soccer on DAZN. When I woke up, it was sunny. When I checked with Siri, however, it said we're expecting thunderstorms today. |
| I finally have FaceTime to work with. Now my fiancé and I can communicate by video chat. My aunt from Texas phoned this morning. The doctor ruled out gout so we still don't know what is wrong with her foot. I just finished talking to my fiancé on FaceTime. We're going to it again tonight. |
