Yesterday, I got some unsettling news. I found out that a long time staff member at work was going into semi-retirement and it was going to be her last day. I also found out that we lost a job contract. The company who provided this job decided to go to another company because it offered more money. I really enjoyed working on this job, now it is gone. I woke up ill today. My boyfriend called me early because he's going to see "King Kong" tonight. There was another terrorist attack, this time in London, England. Four individuals are confirmed dead, 20 injured. |
| I was hoping to go downtown, but there is still ice in front of the shed. I won't have any new writing tomorrow. I'm spending the weekend with the fiancé. I'll be back sometime on Sunday afternoon. |
| i just got a call from Stride about helping me find a job. I might as well try the program. I'm not getting anywhere on my own. I'm so psych about Opening Day in the Majors. First game, the Yankees. The Blue Jays host the Tigers at 3 p.m. |
| On Monday night, I went to Tim Horton's with my fiancé. Yesterday, I saved $6 on lunch at McDonald's thanks to my sister. I used a coupon. |
| Yesterday, I went out for lunch with my fiancé at Subway. I spent the rest of the afternoon watching hockey. Today, I read my soccer magazine. |
| I had a very bad headache yesterday. I didn't wake up until after 4 p.m. I watched a lot of amateur hockey last night. I find sometimes collegiate and Major Junior is better than the NHL. At this time of year, the NHL playoff spots are pretty much determined. Major Junior are already in the playoffs and the collegiate players are actually playing for something. |

| I woke up late because I woke up very early this morning and had a hard time getting back to sleep. Not a whole lot going on. My sister's off again today. we're having pork hops today. |
